Using carefully selected ingredients, KATANA's cuisine is a gem of Chef Nishiyama's skill and ingenuity.
A wide variety of menu items are available, such as high-quality wagyu yakiniku (grilled beef) and steaks using unique cuts purchased from a single head of beef, extremely fresh sashimi sourced directly from Japanese fishermen, sushi, and TSUBOYAKI dishes (seafood barbequed in the shell), providing a high-class dining experience suitable for business occasions.

We also have an extensive drink menu with a wide variety of sake, shochu, champagne, wine, and other alcoholic beverages that go well with kaiseki cuisine.
